### Unveiling the Iryda Plus Project at the Trade Fair

The recent trade fair marked a pivotal moment for MBF Group S.A., as it showcased the first public presentation of the Iryda Plus project. Developed within a technology consortium that includes Squadron ASE Group and the Polish Industrial Lobby, Iryda Plus is designed as a Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) solution. In a world increasingly challenged by rogue drones, the demand for effective and cost-efficient counter-drone technologies has never been higher. The unveiling of Iryda Plus heralds a promising advancement in this domain.

### International Collaborations and Agreements

During the trade fair, MBF Group solidified its commitment to global partnerships by signing four international agreements aimed at enhancing the technological network surrounding Iryda Plus. One standout agreement was with Shark Aviation from Turkey, establishing a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for the purchase of various Iryda Plus systems. This is significant not only for business but also reflects Turkey’s role as a leader in unmanned technology, evidenced by its production of highly regarded systems such as the Bayraktar. The agreement serves as a strong market endorsement for Iryda Plus and its capabilities.

Another notable agreement was a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the American company Advanced Digital Manufacturing LLC, known for its cutting-edge manufacturing solutions. Additionally, MBF Group signed a framework cooperation agreement with India’s Arka Aerospace Private Limited, and a letter of intent with Defence.HUB, a Polish firm specializing in AI for defense applications. These collaborations lay a robust foundation for the growth of the Iryda Plus project and broader technological initiatives within the consortium.

### Future Development Plans for Iryda Plus

Looking ahead, the next phase for the Iryda Plus project involves securing funding for a complete operational system. This system will comprise a trio of interceptor drones, an operator management panel, a training package, and comprehensive after-sales support. The complete system aims to be a versatile solution that can be readily integrated into existing defense architectures, which is vital for institutional users requiring layered counter-drone capabilities.

Robert Krassowski, proxy of the Management Board of MBF Group, emphasized the significance of the trade fair, stating, “We presented the Iryda Plus project publicly for the first time while simultaneously signing several important international agreements that strengthen its development potential.” This statement underscores MBF Group’s proactive approach to transforming innovative concepts into operational realities.

### Market Interest and Community Engagement

The Iryda Plus system captivated a diverse audience during the event, drawing interest from military officials, representatives of security institutions, and technology enthusiasts alike. Its innovative features have sparked discussions not just among established defense entities but also within the tech-savvy community. The project’s appeal is further enhanced by its development trajectory, emphasizing that initiatives like Iryda Plus arise from collaborative efforts both domestically and internationally.

MBF Group highlighted that the dialogues initiated at the trade fair would persist in the upcoming weeks, reinforcing the notion that Iryda Plus is part of Poland’s comprehensive strategy to innovate within the defense sector. The project exemplifies a well-rounded approach to technology development, emphasizing conceptualization, design, and implementation through customer-centric collaboration.
